An Achhami woman from Nepal explaining recipe of mutton curry/dry mutton preparation, and recipe of fish curry. Achhami is a the native tongue of the people of Achham district of Nepal and a dialect of the Doteli language. As per 2011 census, there were 143,000 Achhami speakers.
